Classroom equipment and furniture is assigned to a specific classroom. It is not to be removed at any time.
A classroom inventory is done every year by the teacher. This inventory includes all electronic equipment such as computers, printer, DVD player, LCD & overhead projectors, TV, VCRs, etc. At the time of inventory, you will receive a list of equipment that has been assigned to your classroom and expected to do a complete inventory of your classroom. Please check your classroom thoroughly and make sure that all electronic equipment is recorded on your classroom inventory sheet.

Equipment Removal
If you would like equipment removed from your classroom, please email me, Patty Day. I will pick it up when I get a chance. OR, you can bring it down on a cart to the hallway outside of Student Services. Put a note on it with your name and room #. I will remove it from your Classroom Inventory and bring the cart back to you.
Equipment Repair
If you have any equipment which is not working or in need of repair, please contact me, Patty Day. A Cherwell ticket will be submitted for its repair.
The Purchase of New Equipment
If any new equipment is purchased by the school and/or PTA, it must be added to your classroom inventory. It becomes the property of JMA. Email me, Patty Day as soon as it arrives in the building.
